For any cleans domestically, we do not keep contracts, which keeps things simple for you. For our commercial jobs, we would usually look to have contract in place unless there was a specific one-off clean.
Yes, and it always will be. We are a small family business, and we plan on keeping the work within the family. That way, all of the work we do, we know it is of the utmost quality, and we can build fantastic relationships with our amazing customers.
If you are booking a weekly slot, we will always try to ensure it is at the same time and day each week, if that is what you prefer. Keeps our diary tidy and keeps things easy for you!
We usually use your products, as these are the ones you are most familiar with, although we will bring a few of our own bits too! However, if you want us to provide all of our own cleaning products, this can be discussed at an additional cost.
As we say, life happens! If something comes up and you need to cancel, please ensure it is at least 48 hours before your appointment. Any less notice than that, and unfortunately half of your booking will be charged to you.
Not much! However, we will not put ourselves at risk. As such, if there is a requirement to clean something which offers us risk of our wellbeing, we will inform you why this cannot be done until the risk is removed (broken glass, live wires etc.)
