End of Tenancy Cleaning

We clean, descale and polish heated towel rails, taps, plug holes, shower heads and any other metal surface. Showers/baths are cleaned, descaled and polished, and toilets, sinks and bidets are disinfected,  inside and out, then cleaned, descaled and polished. Any mirrored surfaced and cleaned and polished leaving them streak free, and any cupboards or shelves and dusted and cleaned. Finally, the walls and floors are cleaned, disinfected and dried.

Worktops cleaned and polished, sink cleaned and descaled, taps polished and descaled, cupboards, drawers and shelves dusted and polished, hob and oven hood cleaned and polished, white good appliances cleaned inside and out, e.g. washing all drawers in fridge/freezer, clearing the lint filters in dryer, wiping the detergent drawers out in a washing machine and cleaning the filter in a dishwasher (please ask for a separate quote for the oven to be deep cleaned).

All carpeted flooring is fully vacuumed, even under tables, beds (if possible), under sofas and chairs (ask for a separate quote for industrial carpet cleaning if required).

Any non-carpeted flooring including wood and tiled flooring, will be mopped, disinfected and scrubbed dry so it stays shiny for longer 

Any furniture, from bed frames to radiator covers and everything in between, will be dusted and cleaned (providing they are left empty).

We dust and clean interior windows and mirrors, leaving them streak free and gleaming.

All painted wooden areas will be dusted and wiped clean of any dirt, hair or residue. All light switches and door handles will be left clean and streak free. Anything specifically not mentioned above which you would want cleaning, please ensure to ask us.
